This is a very good piece color-wise, and I suggest you keep with it in order to improve even further. The only clear things I see problems with is your anatomy, some clothing folds, and the confusing choice of shading in some areas but not others. First, to start with anatomy. The torso is very long and the chest area in particular is way too tall. The length of the arms should be longer, and typical arm length is around 1/3 or so above the knees. I'd suggest you spend more time on the hands, since it seems you wanted to hide them behind the back in this piece. Second, the cloth folds on the pants are very confusing. The area around the pelvis is almost correct, the the ones around the hips make no sense. It's very hard to explain cloth folds in text, but I suggest you look up jean references for those folds since they can be quite hard to do. Lastly, I'm not sure why you chose to shade in a few areas, but neglect others. I say you either shade the whole thing, parts where it's needed to distinguish similar parts, or just to keep the piece flat. A few other notes: I'd love to see if you can put more effort in the background in addition to everything above. Perhaps you can also work on keeping your lines in some areas more consistent, as the thickness seems to vary in size comparing the face to the body. Other than that, very above average art!
